Epoxy Terrazzo Resin

A low-viscosity, non-shrink epoxy resin designed for high thicknesses. Due to its unique physical and chemical properties, it can be mixed with various mineral and synthetic fillers and applied to floors. It is specifically formulated for use in TERRAZZO flooring applications.

Epoxy Terrazzo Flooring

Terrazzo flooring is a composite material made by embedding chips of marble, granite, glass, and other metals into concrete or epoxy resin. Known for its attractive appearance and luxurious feel, terrazzo is often used in commercial spaces, hospitals, laboratories, restaurants, and cafes due to its self-leveling properties, making it ideal for areas requiring smooth, seamless surfaces.

Epoxy TERRAZZO resin

This low-viscosity epoxy terrazzo resin is specifically designed for TERRAZZO applications. Its unique formulation enables it to be applied in thick layers without shrinkage. The resin’s physical and chemical properties allow for easy mixing with various mineral and synthetic fillers.

A two-component product based on epoxy resins, cycloaliphatic amine hardeners, pyrogenic fillers, and hydraulic fillers.

Product Execution Tips

Do not apply on wet surfaces.
Do not apply on asphalt or bitumen.
Do not dilute with any solvent.

How to prepare the base

The contact surface must be clean and free of any grease, dust, or loose particles. The substrate must be dry to ensure optimal adhesion.
The surface and contact area with the base plate must be clean and sound.
For best results, the substrate should be dry.
Once the components have been mixed, apply the material promptly.

Surface Strength of the Floor

The underlying substrate must have a minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of 1.5 N/mm².
