Method of use

Stamped Hardtop M60 decorative concrete hardener powder is applied as a dry compound to the surface of fresh concrete.

Concrete used for decorative concrete flooring typically has a cement content of 300 to 350 kilograms per cubic meter. Its workability is enhanced through the use of special concrete fibers and superplasticizers.

After the concrete is poured and before it reaches its initial set, we spray 4 kilograms of wear-resistant concrete hardener powder per square meter onto the fresh concrete and spread it using telescopic trowels with long handles.

The concrete surface covered with the decorative concrete hardener powder is very wet and sticky at this point. Therefore, it’s necessary to use a mold release agent to prevent the concrete surface coating from sticking to the molds. The consumption rate of this powder is approximately 200 grams per square meter, and it can be supplied in various colors to create a shaded effect on the final surface.
